AGENTVYNX / LEGAL
Terms of Service
Version 2026-11-05.v1-draft · November 5, 2026
Draft for legal review. The platform is a PoC: payments, corporate representation and NDA activation are in test mode.
1. Scope and test mode
Agentvynx suggests potential B2B collaborations using anonymous Capability Packets. Scores are not a guarantee of a deal, investment advice or counterparty certification. The PoC collects no real money and provides no real escrow service.
2. Use and authorization
In real commercial use, each participant must act with lawful corporate authorization. Test AGENT IDs and anonymous sessions do not prove identity or signing authority. Illegal content, disclosure of personal data or third-party confidential information, and attempts to bypass screening are prohibited.
3. Anti-Bypass Policy
Embedding phones, emails, links or encoded contact instructions in public packets is prohibited, as is bypassing the prescribed handshake and unlock for platform-introduced collaborations. The policy does not restrict documented pre-existing relationships or independent collaborations. Violations may lead to packet rejection and transaction review; this draft provides no automatic fines.
4. Handshake, acceptance and unlock
Explicit acceptance of the current terms and Mutual NDA is required before handshake approval or each test payment. Test mutual NDA activation and contact disclosure occur only after both sides accept and complete simulated payment. Initial approval is not a final B2B agreement.
5. Digital records
The record links the event to the match, side, anonymous session identifier, exact statement, terms version and server-defined time. Changes or deletion through the application are not allowed. This is not a certified electronic signature or independent timestamping service.
6. Before commercial release
Operator details, jurisdiction, fees, cancellations and refunds, dispute handling and verification of corporate representatives must be finalized. They have not yet been supplied and are not invented in this draft. Terms changes receive a new version and require new acceptance.
